How do I know which size will fit?

How do I clean my Kashwere U products?
The beauty of our extra soft Kashwere yarn is that it is 100% washable and dryable and won’t shrink or pill! We recommend washing with like colors and drying on low to medium heat.
If an item is out of stock, when will it be available again?
If you try to purchase an item that is backordered or out of stock, please call customer service to find out when it will be available to ship. Our customer service number is 1.203.801.9501
What if I cannot find my school or fraternity/sorority in our online University or Greek Store?
If we do not currently offer products for your school or fraternity/sorority please email us at sales@kashwereu.com so we can notify you when our product becomes available.
What if I would like to buy a product with my school logo, but it is not offered in a color I want?
As a company that offers licensed products, Kashwere U is limited by each institution’s licensing restrictions. If there is a color combination you would like to see available for your university, you are welcome to email us at sales@kashwereu.com and we will look into the possibility of offering that color in the future.

Shipping
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed Monday thru Friday are usually logoed and shipped within 5 business days. Please note during periods of high volume, it may take longer. If you need your order to go out rush delivery, we do offer rush shipping options. However, we recommend calling to speak with one of our customer service representatives at 1.203.801.9501 to ensure that your items are logoed on a priority rush basis.
When will my order be delivered?
Once processed and shipped, orders are shipped via UPS Ground (unless you elect a rush delivery service). UPS Ground guarantees delivery within five business days to most U.S. locations; they often arrive sooner than that on the east coast.
Can I ship to an address that's different from my billing address?
When you purchase your Kashwere U items and check out, you are able to enter separate shipping addresses.
Do you ship outside the United States?
If you are interested in shipping our products outside of the United States, please call to speak with one of our customer service representatives at 1.203.801.9501.
Do you ship to Post Office Boxes?
No, at this time we do not ship to Post Office boxes.
Is it possible to change my order after it's been placed?
Once an order is placed, it gets processed within 24-48 hours and cannot be changed as it is a customized product. If you place an order and would like to make a change within the same business day, you can call us to see if the order has already been processed. However, due to the customized nature of our product, we have a no exchange, no refund policy on all orders that have been processed. If you'd like to add items to your order, please call one of our customer care representatives at 1.203.801.9501.
