Kashwere U orders are generally delivered within 10-14 business days from time of order. Rush orders are usually available for a rush charge and are delivered within 5-7 business days. Delivery times may vary during the holiday season.

Return Policy

Kashwere U goes to great lengths to ensure that all orders are filled accurately and on time and are of the highest quality. Due to the fact that we are a provider of licensed products that have been customized for our online customers, we accept returns and will refund payment only in the event that our product is materially flawed. To receive a refund or an exchange for a flawed item, we will first have to verify that the product is damaged with either a picture sent via email or the returning of the products to our warehouse. Customers requesting the exchange or returns of damaged goods must request a Return Manufacturer’s Authorizaton Number (RMA) by calling (203)801-9501 or emailing customerservice@kashwereu.com within 48 hours of the date of delivery. We will be happy to fix any mistakes made by our staff in a timely manner. All we ask is that you notify Kashwereu.com before returning any goods to ensure that your return is handled quickly and accurately.
